By using beautyyhost.com or booking any service through Beautyy Host, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Booking
Customers may book services through:
- Mobile App
- Customer Support
Bookings are subject to professional availability.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide:
- Correct address
- Correct contact number
- Accurate booking details
Failure to provide accurate information may lead to service delays or cancellation.
3. Health Disclosure
For your safety, customers must inform the assigned beautician before the service begins if they have any of the following conditions:
- Skin allergies
- Allergy to any cosmetic or beauty product
- Pregnancy
- Recently undergone chemical peeling
- Recent major surgery
- Any open wound or cut on the body
- Any implanted metal rod or orthopedic implant
- Any other medical condition that may affect beauty treatments
Failure to disclose such information may result in service refusal or limitation, and Beautyy Host shall not be responsible for any adverse effects arising from non-disclosure.
4. Customer's Own Products
If you request our beautician to use your own beauty products, Beautyy Host shall not be liable for:
- Allergic reactions
- Skin damage
- Hair damage
- Product defects
- Any other adverse effects caused by those products.
5. Valuable Items
Customers are solely responsible for the safety of:
- Cash
- Jewelry
- Mobile phones
- Watches
- Laptops
- Other valuable belongings
Beautyy Host shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
6. Service Refusal
Beautyy Host reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if:
- Customer behavior is abusive
- Unsafe working conditions exist
- Health conditions are not disclosed
- Fraudulent booking is detected
7. Payments
Payment must be completed using approved payment methods available on the platform.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling shall follow Beautyy Host's Cancellation Policy.
Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logos
- Images
- Text
- Software
belongs to Beautyy Host and may not be copied without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Beautyy Host shall not be liable for:
- Allergic reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions
- Reactions caused by customer-supplied products
- Loss of valuables
- Events beyond reasonable control
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the booked service where permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes
Beautyy Host may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
